How will you be defined?
Pure Integrated Training is committed to the development of athletes. Our Athletic Development Programs go beyond Sport Specific Training and instead focus on Athlete Specific Training. This means the focus of our training is not the requirements of the sport or position but the needs of each individual athlete in relation to their overall athletic goals. No two people are the same, by focusing on the individual athlete’s needs we identify the areas that need improvement for that athlete to achieve success in their sport. All of our athletic programs emphasize quality of movement to ensure performance measures are built on a solid foundation reducing the risk of injuries. We perform 1 on 1 consultations with all our athletes to determine their needs, their motivations and their overall goals. Then we perform thorough testing to determine their functional and performance capabilities. This will allow us to develop individualized training programs that are appropriate to the athlete’s capabilities and goals enhancing performance while reducing the risk of future injury.
