Fit Fast Circuit Training is a great way to get in shape with minimal time spent in the gym. These classes target specific body areas using HIIT exercise. HIIT short for High Intensity Interval Training, involves a series of high intensity exercises performed with minimal rest in between. These classes burn a high amount of calories in a minimal amount of time and are great for people looking to shed weight and create muscle tone.

 Each class targets a different area of the body. Classes include: glutes and legs, core and Total body HIIT. These classes require a lot of effort so these classes are best suited for people who are in good health and are not dealing with any current injuries. Classes are scheduled 3 days per week (Monday, Wednesday and Sunday) and each class is 30 minutes in length.
