Pure Integrated Training’s Personal Training program is designed to help you achieve all your fitness goals. Your Personal Trainer will perform a comprehensive initial interview to discuss your goals, motivation, possible barriers and how to overcome them in order to establish a training program. This will be followed by a Functional Movement Assessment to establish your capabilities and a starting point for your program. Your Trainer will then develop a plan to both enhance your functional movement and achieve your fitness goals.
Personal Training clients have the option of using our group training option. Our group classes are limited to five people, each client is given their own individualized workout, in accordance to their plan, to perform that day. The Personal Trainer is there to answer questions, demonstrate/describe how to perform exercises and ensure the safety of all within the group. Due to the Trainer to Client ratio this mode of training does not have some of the benefits of 1 on 1 training. However, one of the advantages of the group training format is being part of a group that supports, encourages and motivates each other.
What are your goals?
Are you looking to transform your body?
Are you wanting to transform your body image? Whether your goal is weight loss, muscle building or a combination of the two it is not an easy process, it takes motivation, determination, commitment and knowledge of both nutrition and exercise to succeed. We will work with you to create a plan that is achievable and sustainable so you not only meet your goals but are able to maintain the progress you have made and enjoy the new you!
Do you want to take your game to the next level?
Hard work beats talent when talent refuses to work hard. A strength and conditioning program cannot alter someone’s talent level but a lack of a program can make a talented athlete mediocre. Being quicker, stronger and better conditioned then the competition will give an athlete an edge that is difficult to overcome. Many athletes who compete or want to compete at high levels in their sports begin these programs at 13 years of age. If you have the goal of obtaining athletic scholarships, participating on provincial or national teams or one day of becoming a professional athlete you need a strength and conditioning program. Our trainers have trained athletes from the PGA, AHL, WHL, OHL, CIS and can help you achieve higher levels of performance in your sport.
Looking to build strength and endurance post injury?
Everyone has a physiological limit that determines the amount of strength/endurance our muscles are capable of. When we get injured this limit lowers making us more susceptible to re-injury. Even once we are pain free and have range of motion, this limit can remain lower than pre injury. Our programs help people regain their prior strength and conditioning level while guarding against re-injury.
Looking to improve your health?
Research has shown that exercise has numerous physical and mental benefits but more and more it is being used as a form of medical treatment to both prevent and treat common chronic health conditions. People with high blood pressure, diabetes, cardiovascular disease and many other medical conditions can benefit from a well structured exercise plan.
