Our Programs

Pure Integrated Training offers individualized fitness training in both a group class setting and through 1 on 1 training. Our programs are built based on every individuals goals and capabilities. This ensures that you get the most out of your time in the gym, helping you reach your goals faster and avoiding setbacks.

In addition to our exercise programs we also offer nutrition services. Exercise and nutrition at symbiotic, to get the most out of one you need the other.  Much like exercise, everyone has different goals and needs when it comes to nutrition. If you are looking to lose weight, build muscle, gain strength or improve your overall health a good nutrition plan is a key to success.

Group Training

Our group classes are limited to five people, each client is given their own individualized workout, in accordance to their plan, to perform that day. The Personal Trainer is there to answer questions, demonstrate/describe how to perform exercises and ensure the safety of all within the group. There are also a number of specialty classes to keep things interesting!

One on one training ensures that you have the advantage of your Trainer’s undivided attention. Your trainer will demonstrate and describe how to perform the exercises/stretches included in your program, spot you to ensure the safest possible environment and answer any questions you have. This ensures that you are getting the most out of your time in the gym.
Nutrition

Looking to get results as quickly as possible? Nutrition is often the missing element. Your nutrition and exercise plans should both be tailored to your goals. People looking to build muscle, lose fat, or even just maintain a healthy body all have different needs. Our programs use a nutrition analysis and assessment to determine your current dietary needs and what your ultimate goals are. You are then presented with a plan that is easy to follow and enhances your exercise letting you smash those goals even quicker.
