Weight loss goals can feel overwhelming and intimidating for people looking to transform their bodies. By providing support and a truly individualized weight loss program we can help clients reach their goals safely and effectively. Our programs start with a thorough initial assessment combining goal setting, posture and movement assessments as well as a discussion about potential obstacles and strategies to overcome them. By combining support, accountability, nutrition and exercise all individually crafted to your goals and needs we will help you achieve your goals.

Initial and Nutrition Assessment

In order to determine your current fitness level, movement capabilities and nutrition status, the first step is to complete the initial fitness and nutrition assessments. Understanding your capabilities will allow us to design a fitness program that will be both safe and effective. Your initial fitness assessment will include:

  • reviewing your medical history
  • goal setting, discussing potential obstacles and strategies to overcome those obstacles
  • posture assessment
  • functional movement assessment

Following the initial fitness assessment, a nutrition assessment will be completed. You will be asked to provide a 3 day food diary prior to the assessment, using this we will determine if you are getting the required amounts of vitamins and minerals. The body has a number of complex chemical processes happening inside, these processes are dependant upon vitamins and minerals. Without an adequate amount the body will not function properly and this will hinder any fitness or health related goal. Your nutrition assessment will include:

  • reviewing your 3 day food diary
  • reviewing recommended changes
  • introducing the nutrition plan


A complete diet overhaul that will change your life.

There’s no way around it, your diet is the most important factor in achieving weight loss. Exercise will catalyze the benefits of healthy eating but it cannot make up for a bad diet.

We genuinely want you to succeed and so our program includes a comprehensive nutrition program that will help you transform the way you eat and think about food. It is designed to equip you with the knowledge and confidence to change your relationship with food–permanently.

It starts off with a one on one consultation with our Fitness Nutrition Specialist who will thoroughly evaluate your current diet and health status in order to tailor the program to your individual needs. Following your nutrition consultation you will be provided with:

  • Your suggested daily intake of calories, carbohydrates, fat and protein
  • An easy to follow and quick way of keeping track of consumption
  • A food index providing nutritional information on common foods
  • A 7 day meal plan
  • Sample recipes
  • Supplement advice

You will be provided ongoing support and a follow up meeting every month to keep you on track and monitor progress. Subsequent meetings will also focus on providing you with information to self manage your diet enabling you for long term success. Your plan will center around eating nutritious food in a sustainable fashion. By making the plan sustainable and providing you with a enough information to self manage your diet, we will ensure long term success.


Nutrition is key when trying to achieve a weight loss goal but an important part to any weight loss goal is to develop healthy exercise habits. Exercise will enhance the effect of a healthy diet, decrease risk of many chronic conditions and improve body composition. Not all exercise is created equal, it is important to have a plan that targets your end goal while properly progressing you to that goal. Our exercise programs are all individualized, we will assess your current fitness/health level and start your program at a level that is both safe and effective for you. Over the course of the program we will progress your workouts to ensure that your fitness levels continue to improve.

Participants in this program will find the most success by committing to being active 5-7 days per week. This does not mean going for marathon runs or spending hours in the gym each day, but rather making exercise a part of your day to day life. By committing to a 5-7 day schedule you will see greater change and it will help you form healthy exercise habits that will contribute to long term success.

The PIT Weight Loss Program provides clients with a workout schedule that builds the foundation for future success by teaching clients how to integrate fitness into their life. Our programs can be delivered in person at Pure Integrated Training in either a small group or 1 on 1 format. For those who prefer to exercise on their own, our online resources and workout plans allow you to complete your fitness program anywhere, anytime.
